Terms of Use
1. Who can play
By using Lozzi Dice Trip (the "Service") you agree to these Terms. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must agree for you.
2. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your own entertainment. All content, including artwork, characters, music and code, belongs to QUANTUM IX UNITED INC. or its licensors.
3. Virtual items and purchases
Dice, coins, gems, tickets, shields and other virtual items have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money and are licensed, not sold. What each purchase contains is shown before you buy; the Service does not sell random rewards. Purchases are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store under their terms, including their refund policies. Progress and items are stored on your device; if you uninstall the Service or change devices, progress and consumable items may be lost. The Passport Pass is a one-time, non-consumable purchase and can be restored on the same store account.
4. Advertising and rewards
The Service shows ads. Rewarded ads are optional and give the stated reward only when watched to the end. The Passport Pass turns off ads between stages. We may change reward amounts and ad frequency.
5. Fair play
Do not cheat, modify the Service, exploit bugs or interfere with other players or our systems.
6. Changes and availability
We may update, change or discontinue the Service or any part of it. We try to keep it available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
7. Disclaimer and liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the law of the country where QUANTUM IX UNITED INC. is established, without affecting mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms and will change the effective date above.

1. 이용 대상
「로찌 주사위 여행」(이하 "서비스")을 이용하면 이 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다. 미성년자는 법정대리인의 동의가 필요합니다.
2. 이용 허락
회사는 이용자에게 개인적 · 비독점적 · 양도 불가 · 철회 가능한 서비스 이용 권한을 드립니다. 그림 · 캐릭터 · 음악 · 코드 등 모든 콘텐츠의 권리는 QUANTUM IX UNITED INC. 또는 권리자에게 있습니다.
3. 유료 아이템과 결제
주사위 · 코인 · 보석 · 기차표 · 방패 등 게임 아이템은 현금 가치가 없고 환전할 수 없습니다. 각 상품의 내용물은 사기 전에 보여 드리며, 무작위로 뽑는 상품은 팔지 않습니다. 결제는 구글 플레이 또는 애플 앱스토어가 각 약관과 환불 정책에 따라 처리합니다. 진행 상황과 아이템은 기기에 저장되므로 앱을 지우거나 기기를 바꾸면 진행과 소모성 아이템이 사라질 수 있습니다. 여권 패스는 한 번 사는 비소모성 상품이며 같은 스토어 계정에서 복원할 수 있습니다.
4. 광고와 보상
서비스에는 광고가 나옵니다. 보상형 광고는 선택이며 끝까지 봤을 때만 보상이 지급됩니다. 여권 패스를 사면 판 사이 광고가 꺼집니다. 보상 양과 광고 빈도는 바뀔 수 있습니다.
5. 공정한 이용
부정 행위, 서비스 변조, 오류 악용, 다른 이용자나 회사 시스템 방해를 하지 마세요.
6. 변경과 중단
회사는 서비스의 전부 또는 일부를 바꾸거나 중단할 수 있습니다.
7. 책임의 한계
서비스는 "있는 그대로" 제공되며, 법이 허용하는 범위에서 간접 · 부수적 손해에 책임지지 않습니다. 소비자 보호법상 이용자의 권리는 제한되지 않습니다.
8. 준거법
이 약관은 QUANTUM IX UNITED INC. 가 설립된 나라의 법을 따릅니다. 다만 이용자 거주국의 강행 소비자 보호법은 그대로 적용됩니다.
9. 약관 변경
약관을 바꾸면 위 시행일을 고칩니다.
